• The Member's account has been found to be involved in multiple account registrations.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the WTC88 customer support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
